All orders within the continental US will be shipped via USPS and UPS. Unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer. All US orders will ship within 24-72 business hours (does not include holidays or weekends. We ship all orders from California. Faster ordering processing is available. See Rush orders below.

Please take note that there will be additional fees and taxes added to your shipment because of customs if we are shipping to Canada. You can contact us via email at sales@westcoastskateboards.com for shipping and fees to Canada. We add an additional $2-3 charge to every order for shipping residential fees. International shipping is subject to additional fees.

Packages weighing 1–70 lbs. destined for rural points in Alaska incur an additional $30 charge. Packages to these destinations that exceed 70 lbs. incur an additional $100 charge. Packages originating from and destined to rural points in Alaska incur double surcharges. Packages destined to rural points in Hawaii incur an additional $11 charge.

Returns

westcoastskateboards.com will accept returns for defective merchandise only. All returns require a return authorization number provided by us. All items returned without a return authorization number clearly written on the box will be refused and sent back to the shipper.

Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods to be considered for return. Please contact us at sales@westcoastskateboards.com for an RMA Number.

Some products may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. We want our customers to be happy. Please contact us at sales@westcoastskateboards.com for any questions or concerns

Rush Orders

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed, packaged and prepared for shipping. Our normal procdure is 3 business days from time of order to shipping out the order. We also offer a 'Rush Order' option. Rush Orders are processed and prepared for shipping on the same business day. There is a $4.90 convenience charge for this rush order option. The added fee covers the costs associated with the offset that is required to fulfill orders outside of our normal shipping policy.
