WestCoastStylez.com will make mistakes. Although we work very hard to prevent errors when filling orders, the very fact that we employ human beings to pick, pack and ship orders makes errors unavoidable. When we do ship the wrong product to you or fail to ship a product in a package, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is as follows. WestCoastStylez.com will verify that an item has been left out of a package by repacking the original order and comparing what the weight should have been to the actual weight shipped. If we can clearly see that an item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the same shipping method that was originally used on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, WestCoastStylez.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WestCoastStylez.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WestCoastStylez.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WestCoastStylez.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. WestCoastStylez.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

VIP Program

All VIP members will enjoy the same products listed in the main store but at a significant 20% discount. VIP members will be charged a recurring $15 per month fee via Paypal and is cancelable at any time. If your membership is cancelled, you will lose your VIP status and will be switched back to Normal status, where you can still shop at regular pricing. 20% off the entire store does not include shipping.
